Web also some people that work from honda are saying that it's not essentially a recall and only a service bulletin so it's used for in case of failure situations my understanding is that this will save honda from issuing a complete recall since not everyone needs their condenser fixed. I think later there will be another recall for the compressor as well. My ac had stopped blowing cold at 21k miles and i thought i had the low charge issue like everyone else.
